POLRI SuperApp

"Now citizens can access police services as easily as ordering a pizza! simple, fast, and built for everyone."
The Challenge
POLRI, the Indonesian National Police, serves more than 270 million people across Indonesia. Every day, citizens rely on its services for safety, licensing, and legal support. Yet behind this vital mission, POLRI faced a major digital challenge. Its systems were fragmented. Each regional department operated its own systems for reporting, licensing, and case tracking, creating inefficiencies and inconsistent experiences for citizens. Coordination across units was slow, and data accuracy suffered as a result.
The Solution
With QuantumByte, POLRI created the POLRI SuperApp, a single digital ecosystem that brings together more than 9 million citizens and 14 essential services into one unified platform. Through QuantumByte’s rapid development technology, POLRI’s teams were able to build, test, and launch new digital services in a fraction of the usual time. Now, citizens can file reports, renew licenses, and track cases all from one place.
The Impact
The transformation was immediate and visible. The POLRI SuperApp had grown to serve more than 9 million users, marking a 126 percent increase from the previous year. Through key features such as Online Driver’s License, Online Police Clearance (SKCK), and the Dumas Presisi complaint system, POLRI continued to expand its digital services to regional levels. The initiative also strengthened collaboration with local governments in building integrated Smart City and Command Center systems, further advancing the modernization of public services across Indonesia.
