About Project

POLRI Super App was envisioned by POLRI as part of their PRESISI service quality initiative, merging hundreds of existing central and regional police apps into one platform. Initial ideas for the super app were rejected by previous developers, but our team of Bersatu Lawan COVID-19 project veterans successfully unite them by meeting the technical demands of existing app vendors and developers.

This project become the genesis of our QuantumByte platform, allowing POLRI—and now others too, to build and integrate apps in such tremendeous scale. POLRI Super App is available on App Store and Google Play.

Integration

POLRI Super App were first meant to integrate 8 services, most of them were website-based. To ensure the best and native user experience for the public, we started to onboard existing services to our API Gateway while building our no-code app builder tool.

Standardization

POLRI Super App’s new SSO system extinguished the needs for other forms and apps to require common and repetitive information, such as the user’s Citizen ID Number (NIK) and Driving License. We have also standardized the mechanism for sending user notifications, handling payments, and organize the user data across different services.

Optimization

Bit by bit, our no-code app builder is used to rebuild existing and new apps, including Driving License, Vehicle Registration, Clearance Certificate, Traffic Violation Ticket, and Crowd Permission forms.
